HOW IT WORKS

Jenac Properties will agree with you to manage your property for a specific period. In return, we will guarantee your monthly rental income with no void periods. Our professional team will manage the process from filling the house with suitable tenants to Exiting them, including all the management duties in-between. We guarantee your rent to enable you enjoy your investment. Your rent will be paid no matter what.
We have very flexible terms ranging between 1-7 years.

Make all necessary arrangements including Certifications
